- Occupational/Work - knows the value of meaningful work, able to explore many choices
- Physical - promotes care of the body for better health and functioning, encourages balance between physical activities, food and emotional wellness
- Social - building healthy, supportive relationships, connected to people, learning to balance personal, social, and work life, healthy boundaries
- Spiritual - seeking meaningful and purpose in life, appreciates life experiences for what they are, can include religious belief
